Default Blue Line-Transun -Manchester-Enontekio-20/12/2008

This was a day trip to Finland that was cancelled on the morning of departure and caused a lot of upset to passengers. It was covered by news media at the time.

Several passengers have already obtained a court judgment against the operating carrier Blue Line from an English county court.

Blue Line- a French based charter airline-has been reluctant to pay in accordance with the court judgment and enforcement proceedings against the airline are underway to recovery the amounts due to passengers.

Passengers had the foresight to exchange contact details at the time of the cancellation-and therefore all passengers are able to benefit mutually from the outcome of such recovery actions.

Further court proceedings are envisioned to oblige payment to remaining passengers if the carrier fails to volunteer payment to those remaining passengers. The prior court process provides a blue print for all pasengers.
