As a result of Kathryns case I am now seriously considering whether it is worth proceeding with my own case! Is it worth the hearing fee (£150?) to get the same result. I have reported my case to the Swiss Enforcement Authority, who seem to take the matter much more seriously than the AUC/CAA, but say it could be between 6 and 12 months before there is an outcome, depending on whether they take the airline to court. It would seem prudent to commencing proceeding again once the result of their deliberations is known.
